Yellow fruit aromas | structured acidity and mineral notes
This late ripening variety develops unique aromas in vineyards located at higher altitudes. The grapes are harvested by hand from the beginning to the middle of October and processed with care. We currently grow our Riesling on an area of 6 hectares 600 – 900 m above sea level, with a density of 9,000 – 13,000 plants/ha.

delicate notes of apple and citrus | full acidity and pleasantly crispy
The Pinot Blanc grapes, with dense medium-sized berries, are harvested by hand between the middle and the end of September. The ageing process and the subsequent storage in bottles allow the wine to develop to its full potential. We currently grow our Pinot Blanc grapes on an area of 3 hectares 600 – 900 m above sea level, with a density of 9,000 – 11,000 plants/ha.
delicate notes of black currant, grapefruit and elder flowers | accentuated acidity in the finish
The small grapes with dense berries are harvested by hand at the end of September and processed with care. To fully develop its character, after ageing and bottling the wine is aged further in the bottles stored in the cellar. We currently grow our Sauvignon on an area of 1.5 hectares 600 – 700 m above sea level, with a density of 9,000 – 12,000 plants/ha.
Rose petals, cloves and tropical fruits | fresh acidity
Gewürztraminer is the smallest part of our production. Its characteristics are the pink hue and the small berries. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of October, and processed with care. The fermentation and the ageing in large acacia wood casks allow the wine to fully develop its aromas. We currently grow our Gewürztraminer on an area of 1.5 hectares 600 m above sea level, with a density of 9,000 plants/ha.

discreet notes of forest fruits and cherry | finely structured tannins and a robust body
Pinot Noir is characterized by its compact and small size grapes. After harvesting by hand in mid-September, Pinot Noir is fermented in large oak fermentation vats for 3-4 weeks. During this period, the berries are pressed manually. The wine is then kept for twelve months in French barrique barrels (228-500 l). We currently grow our Pinot Noir on an area of 2 hectares 600 – 700 m above sea level, with a density of 9,000 – 12,000 plants/ha.
